How to find SouthWood

  1. From the airport:  If you are arriving at Tallahassee Regional Airport, take a right as you exit the airport onto southeast Capital Circle/US 319 and continue approximately 8 miles.  Turn right at the intersection of Merchants Row and Capital Circle.  Take the first left onto Esplanade Way.  You will see a building under construction on the corner of Merchants Row and Esplanade Way and directly behind that building is the SouthWood One Building (3800 Esplanade Way).  There is guest parking available in front of the building or parking is available in the parking lot across the entrance from the SouthWood One Building.  Enter into the double glass doors and directly ahead is the entrance of Westcott Lakes (Suite 180).

  2. From East Florida or South Florida via I-75 & I-10:  Take I-10 west from I-75 and take the U. S. Hwy 90 exit (for Tallahassee/Monticello).  Drive west on Highway 90 until it intersects with US-319 or Capital Circle.  Turn left (you will be heading south) and cross the intersection of Apalachee Parkway/US-27.  Continue for approximately 2 ½  miles.  Turn left at the intersection of Merchants Row and Capital Circle.  Take the first left onto Esplanade Way.  You will see a building under construction on the corner of Merchants Row and Esplanade Way and directly behind that building is the SouthWood One Building (3800 Esplanade Way).  There is guest parking available in front of the building or parking is available in the parking lot across the entrance from the SouthWood One Building.  Enter into the double glass doors and directly ahead is the entrance of Westcott Lakes (Suite 180).
  3. From West Florida via I-10:  Take the 5th Tallahassee exit (U. S. Hwy 90 for Tallahassee/Monticello).  Proceed West on Highway 90 until it intersects with U.S.-319 (or Capital Circle).  Turn left (you will be heading south) and cross the intersection of Apalachee Parkway/U.S. 27.  Continue for approximately 2 ½  miles.  Turn left at the intersection of Merchants Row and Capital Circle.  Take the first left onto Esplanade Way.  You will see a building under construction on the corner of Merchants Row and Esplanade Way and directly behind that building is the SouthWood One Building (3800 Esplanade Way).  There is guest parking available in front of the building or parking is available in the parking lot across the entrance from the SouthWood One Building.  Enter into the double glass doors and directly ahead is the entrance of Westcott Lakes (Suite 180).
